Set within the Cheshire countryside, this award winning residential development consists of four bespoke new-build dwellings taking inspiration from the character of local barns and agricultural buildings. These high end 5-bed homes are set within their own private development, providing spacious open-plan living spaces that open up to views over the vast Cheshire countryside beyond.
Dealing with a site in the Open Countryside, we worked with Cheshire West & Chester Planners to deliver a scheme that both our client and the local authority were happy with, ultimately going on to win awards for LABC Best North-West Small New Housing Development (2022) and achieving Bronze in the ‘What House?’ awards for Best Luxury Home (2021).
