Set within the Cheshire countryside, Pike House is a small development of four bespoke new-build dwellings. Built on an existing brownfield site, these contemporary 5-bed homes draw inspiration from their agricultural setting and provide spacious open-plan living areas that open up to views of the open countryside beyond.
Blending traditional features with contemporary design, the scheme exemplifies modern countryside living. Darren Curry Architects worked alongside CB Homes, an award-winning local developer and self-built company, to successfully deliver the scheme, with the project awarded Bronze in the ‘What House?’ awards for Best Luxury Home in 2021.
