Our clients on this project were private developer clients who identified investment potential, completed works then live in the property before moving onto the next project.
Our task was to transform a tired 4 bedroom dormer bungalow in need of extensive renovation and adaptation to suit a more modern way of living.
Understanding the project and site in greater detailed allowed us to then produce a scheme that exceeded both the client’s expectations as well as maximizing the overall return on investment.
The refurbished, remodelled and extended dwelling now boasts a double height feature entrance hall, new spacious master bedroom with en-suite and a luxurious modern living space with double sided fireplace, all fit for a property in the area. The best result was taking this property from a 4 bedroom home to a 6 bedroom home.
