The key to a successful project is good communication. That’s exactly what our client was looking for when they appoint use to work on their dream home. This meant fully understanding what the client wanted to do, why they wanted to achieve this and how they thought they could afford it. In understanding this, we could tailor our approach to suit them and to achieve the best possible outcome.
Taking a tired property bought through probate, we looked to maximise its development potential whilst also ensuring it could be delivered technically and financially. The client’s need for a modern family home needed to be balanced with the subtle and discrete storage spaces that are often lacking in newer properties. This is cleverly integrated into the central space of the home; built into an existing recess and providing a seating area to get ready from.
The property is unique. Our design expresses the client’s character and personality that continually gives them that ‘wow’ feeling.
